BlackBox Tools sells digital products, specifically LUT (Look-Up Table) files in .cube format for use in video editing and color grading software. All products are delivered as digital downloads. There are no physical goods or subscriptions.
When you purchase a LUT pack from BlackBox Tools, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

You are licensing the LUT files themselves. The footage, images, or projects you create using the LUTs are entirely yours.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. BlackBox Tools does not store your credit card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.
All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
We offer a free LUT pack that requires a valid email address to access. By providing your email, you agree to receive your download link and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
After completing a purchase, you will receive a unique download link via email. Each download link is token-based and comes with the following limits:
If your link expires or you have used all available downloads, you can request a new download link through our re-download page. You will need the email address used at checkout.
Please download and back up your files promptly after purchase.
All LUT files, branding, website content, design elements, and associated materials are the intellectual property of BlackBox Tools. Your purchase grants you a license to use the products. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
BlackBox Tools provides digital products on an "as is" basis. We do our best to ensure all files work correctly across major editing platforms, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every software version or system configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackBox Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products will be resolved in the courts located in Oklahoma.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
