Lonchera is a food truck game published by BlackBox Tools. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no game server. We do not collect names, email addresses, photos, contacts or locations.
Your save files, stars, unlocks and settings are saved on your device. They are not sent to us.
Lonchera offers optional reward videos, served by Google AdMob. A video plays only when you choose to watch one, for example to collect the second half of a shift's pay.
Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before any ad loads, using Google's consent form. On iPhone and iPad the game asks whether it may track you across other apps; if you say no, ads are not personalized. You can change these choices in your device settings at any time.
To serve and count ads and to prevent fraud, Google may process information about the device, such as its IP address, the type of device and its advertising identifier, under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Lonchera is not directed at children under 13. We hold no personal information about any player.
We keep no player data. Deleting the game from the device deletes your saved progress. To remove anything Google holds, use the controls described in Google's policy above, or reset your device's advertising identifier.
We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not collect it. Google, the only outside service in the game, handles what it receives under the policy linked above.
If the game changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will change.
